Workshops

Pre-conference workshops are scheduled for 24th February, 2025.

1. Metabolomics Data Analysis: (Limited to 105 participants)

Metabolomics is a cornerstone of modern bioscience, providing deep insights into biochemical pathways and their influence on biological systems. This workshop is designed to empower participants with expertise in essential software and methodologies for metabolomics data analysis. From preprocessing raw data files to generating comprehensive tabular outputs and statistical analysis, participants will explore the full spectrum of handling metabolomics datasets. The workshop will empower researchers to leverage software tools to effectively analyze metabolomics data, driving impactful research and informed decision-making in biotechnology.

2. AI in Metabolomics and Metabolic Modelling: (Limited to 70 participants)

Artificial Intelligence is transforming the fields of metabolomics and genome-scale metabolic modeling, enabling deeper insights and accelerating discoveries. This workshop will introduce participants to apply AI-driven approaches in metabolomics and curating and optimizing metabolic models. Attendees will learn to apply machine learning techniques for data interpretation, pathway prediction, and model refinement, equipping them with cutting-edge tools to enhance research outcomes and biotechnological innovations.

3. Agilent Workshop: Solutions for Metabolomics Data Processing (Limited to 35 participants)

The workshop will cover training on software tools by Agilent Technologies for data processing and metabolite identification in untargeted metabolomics workflows.
