The conference registration fee covers:
- Access to all sessions and talks in the scientific program, panel discussions, posters, and sponsor/industry booths
- Conference materials
- Coffee, snacks, and lunch on the conference days (25 and 26 Feb 2025).

Workshops
Participants can additionally register for the pre-conference workshops (24th February 2025) according to availability. Workshops will be open to a limited number of participants on a first-come basis.
The workshop registration fee covers access to Workshop 1 and one of either Workshop 2 and 3. The choice of workshop can be mentioned in the registration form.
If you register for the workshops and are not able to attend, please notify us (gsm2025.iitb@gmail.com) in advance so we can open the space for another participant.
Some of the workshops are hands-on and will require you to bring your own laptop. Please bring your laptop fully charged as limited power points will be available at the venue.
If you are submitting an abstract for oral talk or poster presentation, please submit the abstract before registering. Once your abstract is accepted, you will get an abstract number that needs to be added on the registration form.
Participants whose abstracts have been accepted for oral or poster presentation must complete registration for the conference by 18th February 2025.

Confirmation of registration
After registration, please mail us a screenshot of the successful payment with the payment reference number and your name and affiliation to gsm2025.iitb@gmail.com. You will receive a mail confirming your registration to the conference following confirmation of payment at our end. Receipt of registration will be provided at the conference. For any queries, please contact gsm2025.iitb@gmail.com.
Accommodation
The conference registration fee does not cover accommodation. Limited student accommodation is available at IIT Bombay hostels for early career researchers. Accommodation costs need to be paid separately by the participant. IITB Guest house accommodation is not available. Please contact us (gsm2025.iitb@gmail.com) for accommodation enquiries, with confirmation of your conference registration.
